Wheeeeeee, what a roller coaster ride we've had in the Arizona real estate market!  We are now at 50% negative equity - tied with Florida, topped only by Nevada at 70%.  Have we hit the bottom?  It appears that we are at the bumpy roller coaster bottom, will the prices dip down even more?  Is there a huge shadow inventory of homes going into foreclosure?  Seriously folks.....look at it....if it dips a little more or prices fluctuate a few $$ you can buy a home for sometimes half of what it would take to build the same home - let's not be too greedy.  The only way to see if you have hit the very bottom is wait for a couple years and look back and see.....course ITS TOO LATE THEN!  If you've always wanted to have a home in Arizona or if you would like to take advantage of our current low ...

To short sale a house in Apache Junction AZ, requires both traditional market knowledge in proper pricing & marketing & specialzed short sale training.  Newest from O'Bama, some troubled homeowners may be able to get loan modifications with principal reduction!  Just out 3/26/10.  Details should be comming very soon.  Scam artists are reported to be abundant with what they call easy "rescue plans".  Many ask for upfront money, don't do it.  You should not have to pay upfront money for the help you need.  There are even lawyers out there who will do a short initial consultation for free, or a very low cost. The biggest wave of faulty loans is about to hit us in the next few months, which many think will bring many more foreclosures.  If you have lost income, had your payment raised, or a...

It's no wonder that NAR says that, "90% of all buyers used the internet to search." We have seen this first hand, and especially over the last few months. When people relocate to other states, it's a long distance move. These people usually start by researching the city on the Internet. More times than not, they find one of our 1,100+ relocation websites. If they're serious, they'll request help in a possible home purchase. Due to a very large demand, we need a Buyer's Agent in Apache Junction that is able to assist these prospective home buyers. These families and individuals are wanting assistance from a Realtor, and if you would like to get in contact with them, we need to talk soon. Time is of the essence, and we only need 1 Realtor to be able to contact these people. We NEVER send ...

More women are apparently taking to the roadways and rising motorcycles. Back in 1990 only about 3% of motorcycle riders were women, but today women represent about 23% of those who ride. Formerly more women were riding on the back of a hubby's or boyfriend's bike, but today women "more women are moving from the backseat to the front seat". Given the new interest in the sport by women, the Superstition Harley-Davidson at 2910 W Apache Trail in Apache Junction is organizing "women-only garage parties". The first of these events took place on March 5th.The event was oriented to be both fun and educational. The dealership had speakers on such topics as style and functionality of the Harley-Davidson.  There was info about different ways to customize a bike to meet individual needs and well ...
