Avondale, AZ Market Report - December 2012  - Total Active Listings are unchanged month over month but up 9% since June 2012.  - Lender Owned (REO) and Short Sales (SS) made up 38% of Total Active Listings for December 2012 and while that is a larger percentage than in most parts of the valley it is down from 45% of Total Active Listings in June 2012.   - Lender Owned (REO) properties are selling quickly in the Avondale, AZ averaging 31 Days On Market (DOM) and the inventory will continue to shrink even though property prices are on a slow but steady rise over the past 6 months.  - Avondale, AZ Short Sale prices are unchanged month over month but have been steadily increasing over the past 6 months.  - Short Sales Pending are down 43% since May 2012 but are still a bottle neck in the m...

Avondale, AZ 85392 Market Report June 2012 As a Realtor living and working in the Phoenix Metro Area I am often asked what parts of the Valley are selling well? All real estate markets are local. Local meaning specific neighborhoods, subdivisions or zip codes and most often that is the market data that I supply to my clients.
