Mark and Traci came to me already approved for a VA Mortgage. I've known Traci since 8th grade (83) so when I asked their lender to send me the good faith estimate, I was shocked. This lender, Veterans United, sole purpose is to save VETERANS Money. Instead, she was charging Mark just under $13,000 to bring to the closing table ($12,857 to be exact).
