Hi Dave! Bill and I are starting to feel settled in and very at home in our new abode. I just wanted to take a minute to say that you made buying our first home so wonderfully easy! I was a little scared because we didn't know all the ins and outs, but you not only helped us learn as we went but never once made us feel like our questions were silly.
