There were Aspens in different stages of color change all up and down the road. If there was a severe cold snap, most of the trees might be in the same stage of color.  This is not the case this season.  So depending on the actual temperature change which could vary in each area, trees are green, bright yellow, and orange.  Some of the tips of the trees are more of a reddish orange.
