My clients "M" and "K" were looking for the perfect little second home in Flagstaff, AZ.  What was most important to them is to find something that had easy bike access to Lake Mary Road.  K is a cyclist, and Lake Mary Road is the best road to ride as a road cyclist.  She really wanted to find a home that would allow her to just jump on her bike and hit the road.  She didn't want to have to load her bike up into her car and drive to an ideal point before gearing up and hitting the road on her bike.Their ideal price range was under $250,000.  In Flagstaff, that can be a challenge!
