Does it cost me money to get my Deed of Trust - Mail scamsIn Arizona we use the deed of trust as the borrower's promise to pay back the note (mortgage). The Scammers are out there, and as soon we close on your home, within a weeks time, you'll get an item in the mail, telling you, you have to pay "x amount" of dollars to get a copy of this "deed" you don't. Its bull****. Throw it away and get on with your life. You know why its BS? You already have a copy of it, especially in Arizona, home buyers sign this document at the closing table. This usually occurs 1-3 days prior to close of escrow (when the house/property changes hands from seller to buyer (figuratively). The title company (escrow company as some call it) handles the closing by taking both buyer and sellers signatures in a time... 01/17/2023

Here is the most recent Gilbert AZ Real Estate Housing Market Report for December 2022:  The average sales price of Gilbert homes has increased after decreasing for six straight months, going from $620,532 in November to $622,718 for December. This is the third December in a row that sales prices in Gilbert have increased, but I think that the days of home price increases each month are over for a while.
