Driving While Having Sex Got Her in Trouble...       ...even more-because she lied about what happened!!!   Apparently a 23 year old woman picked up a man in New Jersey, whom she did not identify, and let him drive while they had sex. The guy ended up crashing the car into a tree. Then it appears that the car got set on fire. The woman told police that she got lost and stopped to ask a man for directions. She said the man pulled her out of the car while holding a gun and threw her on the ground. Later she admitted to having picked up a man and let him drive so they could have sex. So, not only did her car get totaled but she is now charged with filing a false police report. Getting My Brokers License       I've been debating with myself, and finally decided to go ahead and take the Arizona Brokers License course. The six week course is the one I selected to take in Scottsdale AZ. There is a school about two miles from my Val Vista Lakes home in Gilbert AZ. However, they don't hold the Brokers classes there this year due to low attendance. Scottsdale is closer to Phoenix where the majority of agents are, so it's logical to hold it there. I just have to drive from Gilbert to Scottsdale each day, but that's no big deal. Having my own brokerage is not in my plans, and right now I don't have any desire to have my own. ANOTHER FORECLOSURE SCAM | REO AGENTS BE AWARE       A man claimed he bought a bank owned home from Yahweh! I don't think so! Yahweh is the personal name of God in the Hebrew Bible. According to Brent Arthur Wilson, Yahweh sold him a foreclosed home in Polson Montana. He was convicted of stealing at least one lender owned home and it's suspected he may have stolen more. His sentence can be up to 30 years in prison. Apparently he removed the Realtor's for sale sign, then changd the locks, and filed paperwork with the county showing that he purchased the house from Yahweh. The listing agent discovered the sign was missing, and found that Wilson had fraudulently taken title and was trying to get a loan on the house. The scams never cease.
