Val Vista Lakes Gilbert AZ Homes for Sale Market Report June 2010   In Val Vista Lakes, the current number of homes for sale (Active) as of June 30, 2010 is 37. There are 11 homes that are AWC-1, which means it is a Short Sale with a seller accepted contract, and the sale is being negotiated with the Lender The home sales in Val Vista Lakes began slowly in January with 4 sales and increased monthly up to 17 in May. This acceleration could be due to the Tax Credit incentive running out, because for June there have been only 2 closings in the past 10 days, which indicates the number of Sales will be lower in June. CATS DO THE FUNNIEST THINGS   If you like cats, you'll probably love this video. A long time ago I didn't like cats. But one day my daughters brought home a Siamese kitten and things changed forever. That cat liked me, and demanded that I play with him. He would attack me playfully when I was reading the paper, and was always doing something to get my attention. He loved to wrestle with me and when I would pin him down he devised a surefire method to escape. We became best friends, and I really missed him when he died.
