Is the market changing?  Well my past listings have sold with in 11 days.  I had one home sell in 2 days!  Middle of Glendale the other home was in Peoria.  I truly believe if the home is priced right and the home is staged it will sell in under market time of 119 days.  Both of these homes were ready the day they came on the market.  The sellers were realistic with their listing price and bingo they sold.  The last property had 3 offers to pick from.  So when I'm asked is the market changing I say Yes!
