Residential home sales in the Gold Canyon Arizona area for November 2011 were not very different from the October 2011 sales figures … very little change. Change was only mere pennies in some cases. This can be considered good in certain respects. For the past several months there has been little movement in pricing - rather stable. There are excellent buying opportunities on the market here in Arizona. Gold Canyon Arizona October 2011 real estate stats were very slightly up from the September 2011 sales figures. The average price per sq foot of homes sold was slightly up from last month’s reports as well, for “traditional” sales. The average price per square foot for “distressed” sales was down slightly from the prior month. It was the same scenario basically as in prior months  - one month the averages are up in some cases only a few dollars, and sometimes a few pennies, and in others cases down a few dollars, or a few pennies.
