Everything seemed to be in better bloom about a month ago, but here is what I have going on in early May 2023, haha. Out front, I have a couple of lantanas, a yellow bell, a pencil cactus (which is referred to as a firestick), and a rosemary bush. Along the side of the home where my front door is located, I have another firestick, some aloe, and some bottle brush. Here is the most recent Mesa AZ Real Estate Housing Market Report for March 2023: After decreasing for 4 months in a row, the average sales price of homes in Mesa has increased this month, going from $491,497 in February to $514,639 in March.  Click on the image below to read the full article and see what is going on in the Mesa Arizona real estate market.  The average sales price per square foot of Mesa homes also increased after remained the same between January and February. The price per square foot of Mesa homes went from $253/sf in February to $258/sf in March. After decreasing last month, the days on market for Mesa has increased in March, going from 73 DOM in February to 75 DOM this month. Here is the most recent Mesa AZ Real Estate Housing Market Report for February 2023:  After increasing in October, the average sales price of homes in Mesa has decreased 4 months in a row, going from $548,933 in October to $491,522 in February. The average sales price per square foot of Mesa homes remained the same in February as in January. The price per square foot of Mesa homes remains at $253/sf for February. With the average sales price per square foot mostly decreasing throughout last year, it is now back to where it was in December of 2021. After increasing for 8 consecutive months, the days on market for Mesa has decreased in February, going from 74 DOM in January to 72 DOM this month.
