Hastings Farms; May 2017 Market Update Real Estate information provided by John Ferrin, Realtor with HomeSmart Gilbert        Here is the Real Estate activity for Hastings Farms for the month of May 2017: The number of Homes Sold: 7 The Average List price: $329,075 The Average Sold price: $326,883 The Average Sold Price per Square Foot: $115 The Average Square Footage: 3314 The Average Days on Market: 38   Seven homes closed escrow during the month of May.  Home sizes ranged from 1284 SqFt to 5402 SqFt. This is one more than than what we saw in April.  Those homes ranged from 2105 to 3626 SqFt.   There are curently 9 houses available for sale with an additional 13 homes currently under contract in the neighborhood.  And, just as a fun fact, 29 homes have sold in the neighborhood so far... 06/02/2017

Hastings Farms; February 2017 Market Update Real Estate information provided by John Ferrin, Realtor with HomeSmart Gilbert        Here is the Real Estate activity for Hastings Farms for the month of February 2017: The number of Homes Sold: 7 The Average List price: $309,113 The Average Sold price: $303,797 The Average Sold Price per Square Foot: $115 The Average Square Footage: 2639 The Average Days on Market: 96   Seven homes closed escrow during the month of February.  This is more than double than what we saw in January.
