The Market Report for Queen Creek April 2014 reveals a number of interesting statistics regarding the local real estate market for the Town of Queen Creek, Maricopa County. The Queen Creek area includes neighborhoods such as Cortina, Hastings Farms, Montelena, Sossaman Estates and the Villages at Queen Creek as well as many horse properties with no HOA. The local market report tells us that the number of new listings in April 2014 was down 8.9% from March. Home prices in Queen Creek are up over 41% since April of 2013. As inventory levels increase, buyers have more options to choose from which means sellers should price their homes accordingly.
