Today I am off to have lunch with a client I sold a home to last year in a 55+ community. Scottsdale and Paradise Valley  Luxury Rentals in the $2300-3000 range I recently rented a SCOTTSDALE home that I had listed for only 15 days. The sign calls I received off the RENTAL were pretty steady. I now find myself working wtih those clients to find something comparable. Easier said than done!!! From the LUXURY homes in PARADISE VALLEY to the top of CAMELBACK MOUNTAIN, RENTALS that are in the 2300-3000 per month range are typically older homes that have had some updating but cried out for a makeover!! August 2009 for Scottsdale AZ homes for sale, was another strong month in terms of pending sales (up 3.8% over July) and inventory decreases (down 1.1% over July), but sales were off for the second month in a row - off 15.8% over July.   August 2009 FindingsActive Homes for Sale: At the end of August, the number of homes on the market went down slightly to 2,752.
