Here is the most recent Scottsdale AZ Real Estate Housing Market Report for August 2022: After Scottsdale's average sales price reached a new all-time high of $1,499,763 in June, the average sales price dropped in July but slightly increased back up to $1,406,126 in August.At the same time, the average sold price per square foot for Scottsdale homes decreased for the third month in a row and has gone from $483/sf in May to $441/sf in August. The average sold price per square foot in Scottsdale has increased or remained the same in 22 out of the last 26 months.
