Sedona Real Estate Market Conditions for Tuesday 5-24-11 Wow. All but one of today's new residential listings was in Sedona. Usually it's more evenly distributed between Sedona and the Verde Valley. It's also worth mentioning that the new entries covered a wide range of price points.
