Sedona Real Estate Market Conditions for Tuesday 5-24-11 Wow. All but one of today's new residential listings was in Sedona. Usually it's more evenly distributed between Sedona and the Verde Valley. It's also worth mentioning that the new entries covered a wide range of price points. Homes below $400,000 continue to drive the market as Sixty-five percent of the homes sold were priced below $400,000.        Sedona Luxury Market is on the Rise This market continues to do well. Sedona Real Estate Market Conditions for Friday 5-20-11 Sedona Real Estate: New listings for Friday started at $214,000 for a 2 bedroom 1 3/4 bath West Sedona home with a fenced back yard, nice views and close enough to walk to  shops and services. Also worth mentioning is a Village of Oak Creek home on just over an acre for $585,000. It's in the Big Park area and has had extensive remodeling done.
