I did a blog yesterday about bait websites (http://activerain.com/blogsview/169935/Bait-Sites-Good-orhat) I use to test content and keywords while linking back to my main website. I use http://www.godaddy.com/ for my domain names which come with a free five page website. It really is the cheapest advertising you do. I have been asked how I get the domain names for $6.95..... I use promo codes. It's been a bit tough trying to find godaddy promo codes that are current and working. So here's some that I found that are current and work for sure. I don't know how long they will be good for. But they should save you some money.Chill1 - save 10% on any orderChill2 - save $5 on any order of $30 or moreChill3 - register a new .com domain name for just $6.95 a yearOYH3 - $2 off / $6.95 any .COMOYH...

OK..... Have you seen Relocate-America.com's annual top 10 list of America's best places to live? I read an article today about this topic and could'nt disagree more. Below are the top 10 cities on Relocate-America.com's "America's Top 100 Places to Live for 2007": Asheville, N.C. Traverse City, Mich. Ithaca, N.Y. Chicago Cary, N.C. Portland, Maine San Francisco Stevens Point, Wis. O'Fallon, Mo. Spencer, IowaI am sure that these are fine cities.....but if you have never been to Sierra Vista or Arizona in general, you don't know what your missing. This is a fantastic state with some of the most beautiful scenery and the best people I ever met. I may be a little prejudiced, but I hope those of you who never witnessed the amazing Grand Canyon, seen a sunset in the desert or been awed by th...

So, I keep reading in the newspaper, on the cable news shows, and even here on AR that the market will be down for a while, and I have even heard the talking heads recommend that buyers wait another 6 months. What for? I think this is as good a time to buy as ever, the sellers who are on the market are more motivated (they're the ones who have hung on through the fall). I'm seeing some nicely priced houses that are fixed up now and look better than they did when they first came on the market. And guess what.....there's very little competition right now from other buyers! So, you can wait like everyone else and then see what happens when you're in competition or get out there  because right now is an excellent time to purchase, there is a large selection of well priced properties on the m...

The real estate boom is over and the real work begins now. This is gut-check time, where the best real estate agents rise to the challenges ahead or many will, start choosing a new career. It is time to realize and use the "Power of Positive Thinking". Thoughts are very powerful. As each day starts, the moment you feet touch the floor is the beginning of a new day. It is hard to know what you're going to run into during that day, but it is important to start it with positive thoughts. "I am going to have a great day!", "I am going to make someone smile today", "I am going to generate 10 new leads today". I read somewhere that there are two days in the week you should never worry about, "Yesterday and Tomorrow". Start with today. Choose your outcome for today. I've been doing a lot thinkin...

Has the real estate market reached its lowest point? Is it possible we can get a recession in the latter months of 2007, most forecasters are not making that judgment and indeed are projecting forward into 2008. I am optimistic and believe that we are experiencing a market that is leveling off and will recover in 2008.Buyer's and Seller's are getting this wait and see attitude in our area, meaning less buyer's and reluctant seller's. The real estate market in Sierra Vista and the rest of Arizona has taken a shift from the boom years of 2003 through 2006 to what we are experiencing today, however I do not think it is doom and gloom. I'm an avid reader of real estate blogs both local and from around the country and I am curious how AR blogger's are predicting the next 12 months and where ...

Fort Huachuca is an United States Army installation in Eastern Arizona, in Cochise County.  The town is on Highway 90 near the southeast corner of the state approximately 15 miles north of the border with Mexico. One of the things you hear alot in the military world is the word PCS. PCS stands for Permanent Change of Station, which basically means that you're about to get moved by the army. The word strikes fear in alot of peoples hearts, but it doesn't have to be that bad. With a little planning, and organization, a PCS move can run smoothly.Start early. As soon as you get those orders in hand that you are indeed being moved, start you're planning. Reserve any U-hauls or trucks you may be taking. Start calling the transportation office that will be moving you're household goods, if you...
