This weekend I toured KB Home’s updated inventory at the Enclaves at Desert Oasis in Surprise, AZ.  The homes were beautiful. The first model home I looked at was a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom 1,888 SQ FT. What I loved about this model and builder is they only had the floors updated so the buyer can get an idea of what the home would look like with minimal upgrades. We are all used to seeing bright white cabinets, grey wood-like tile, and white paint but I was pleasantly surprised at how well this model home was designed.
