Gorgeous Optimist Park Remodel in Tempe

In Tempe, people often talk about the “aging housing stock” and the fact that it is hard ( or very expensive ) to find newer homes in the area. The fact that Tempe is basically landlocked is certainly one of the main reasons you don’t see many new housing developments. While we have a ton of awesome neighborhoods, there is currently a cool trend happening where people take the time, effort and resources to update their homes. I love it when we have the opportunity to showcase properties that have been remodeled in the Tempe area.
