Happy Canada Day !! As I drove home yesterday throughout the Shuswap I couldn't help but notice properties with for sale signs up that were listed for sale before I went into the Big Brother house.....There are some rules in real estate that always stand true: Pricing is key in any market, whether up or down things typically won't sell if they are not priced well for the market you are selling in. Five factors to consider when selling: Location, Price, The Market, Marketing and the Agent.Have a good Long Weekend everyone ! It is good to be back selling in the Shuswap !
