CANADA'S BEST KEPT SECRET-SPEECHLESS SUNDAY Wow.... Most of Canada is normally under Snow in January..Not in Victoria, BC In Fact this past January the typical Temperature  was around 12-14 C (=Plus 50F) while the rest of Canada was in the minus temperatures and knee deep in Snow. TWENTY FOUR in EMERGE Most of us get the flu shot, and until this year, it has worked fairly well. This year, however, there is a new strain of the bug, and a friend of mine got it. It came on a week after New Year’s day and got progressively worse until, on Sunday he couldn’t take it any more. The flu wasn’t bothering him; there was something else at play here!
