Yesterday I headed to Beacon Hill Park in Victoria to Introduce my 6 month old Puppy Mr. Boo to the Park. The Flowers the City of Victoria Parks Dept plants there are over the top, some rare and hard to grow ones and maybe the last good day to see them before the Fall Rains....which started today....Ha! I noticed a clearing under a pine tree with a clear view of the tree trunk, which has had the lower branches removed ....as looked closer I could see several Faces in the tree trunk and I Snapped this photo. Wordless Sunday takes us on a trip through Goldstream Park in Victoria, BC Goldstream Provincial Park is a provincial park in British Columbia,Canada. It is known for the annual fall salmon runs in the Goldstream River, and the large numbers of bald eagles that congregate to feed at that time. The total size of the park is 3.79 square kilometres.   Yesterday Morning I took my 5 month (Sept 10)Puppy Mr. Boo on his first walk through Goldstream Park, located about 15 minutes from of our home by car. Every day I walk Boo somewhere different to help him learn new sights and sounds, Plus to meet people and other Dogs. Yesterday didn't meet any other dogs. There was an idiot on the news today who was ticked off, because B.C. motor vehicles wouldn’t let him take his driver’s licence photo with a spaghetti strainer on his head. He claimed he is a member of the “Pastafarian” religion and that the strainer is religious head gear. (I don’t make this junk up). Anyway, I Googled it and by god, it does exist. It was started by a college kid in the States as a spoof on organized religion and lots a people grabbed on. It’s actually quite clever.
