We have had the most unusual (or so it seems) weather this year....well, last Monday, I learned first hand what carrying away means!  I took my shirt off to spend a few minutes in my garden.  That few minutes turned into three hours!  When I came in, I thought, oh, the beach sun must not be as strong as I thought?  Took a shower, and then seems okay...then took a nap.  Well, when I woke up, I was a tomato!  My back was fairly scorched!That night when I took another shower, I read up on home remedies and one of them was to apply Apple Cider Vinegar.  Well, to be honest, that saved a trip to Rite Aid, and was very soothing.  It dried up fairly quickly as well.  Tomorrow will be two months since Our Father passed away.  In seven days it will be eleven years since His Mother, Our Grandmother passed. I was visiting an assisted facility living facility and bringing balloons to one of their residents.Was excited to see his face as I decorated his room with the green and red balloons.  The red balloons were hearts and the green balloons were stars.  Together, it did remind me of Christmas.  Although, it wouldn't have mattered what color the balloons were.   I was doing this out of love, compassion and in a way selfish reasons...to feel like I was making a difference for another human being.I had purchased the balloons at the local Dollar Tree, thinking that I'd be including one with my Client deliveries.  Then when I got them in the car, I decided otherwise.The gentleman I was visiting is in the life guidance section.  This is a locked section of the facility that caters to those suffe... 12/01/2018

Buyers and Sellers both have them when buying or selling.  A contingency is a time frame for the buyer or seller to do certain things, like conduct inspections or investigations about the property they are buying.  Or perhaps, to search for another home and find one...if you're the Seller.
