These avarages will change based or age, condition, location and type of home. The price per square foot value also changes if there is a home with a view versus a home with no view. The averages gives a starting point of what a house will sell for, it gives the seller a starting point to see what to ask for it or what not to ask for.

Usually well priced homes, meaning homes priced at or just below the fair market value sell within 30 days. To sell homes withing 30 to 60 days, one must list the homes at or just below the Fir Market Price of homes in those neighborhoods.

This report gives an idea of what the average price of the sold homes are in Anaheim Hills. This just give a snap shot, but if your home is in a better locaiton, has updates, is newer or has a veiw etc, the seling price of the home will naturally go up. The price trend as of today seem to be declining. Time will tell when the average price of homes starts to inch up. Hope that is soon

This report shows how the Inventory of homes for sale by months. The more the homes on the market, the longer it takes and tends to reduce prices. The shorter the inventory, the faster it is to sell homes and thus the prices tend to up a bit when the inventory is low. 6 months or below seems to be the average supply of homes in Anaheim Hills.
