Anaheim Hills Ca Business Mixer Nov 13th 2013 We had our 2nd Anaheim Hills Ca Business Mixer at The El Cholo Mexican Restaurant. The turnout is what we expected, 25 guest were confirmed to attend and 20 professionals actually showed up, which is just what  we expected. What I learn from My Gardener every time I call him - Give Great Service and Ask for Referrals! I have had my gardner do my lawn and garden service for the last 17 years, ever since I bought the home. He was referred to me by the previous owners!   Antonio is there like clockwork every Tuesday morning at 7 am. He does my gardening services and the neighbors services and then he is gone, till next Tuesday.  The only time he does not show up for the services is if  Tuesday falls on a major holiday. Inventory also jumped by 46% on a year over year basis. However, even with the recent surge in Anaheim Hills real estate listings, it's important to note that inventory is still quite low. DOUBLE DIGIT JUMP IN ANAHEIM HILLS REAL ESTATE LISTINGS For the fifth consecutive month, real estate listings rose, causing a month to month increase of 10.3%, in the number of homes for sale in Anaheim Hills, California.  And, compared to one year earlier, August 2013 listing figures jumped 21.7%. However, it's important to note that real estate inventory is still incredibly low; The number of real estate listings in August 2013 were still well below normal, especially in the entry level price range of $500,000 and below. LISTINGS AND REAL ESTATE SALES INCREASE IN ANAHEIM HILLS CA For the first time in 2013, the number of homes for sale in Anaheim Hills, California surpassed the previous year's figures for the same month; As of the end of July 2013, there were 3.5% more real estate listings in Anaheim Hills, than the number documented one year earlier.
