Imagine waking up, grabbing your coffee and stepping outside to your patio and watching the morning golfers.  These lovely condo/townhouse homes are just off Hwy 18 and Rancherias just north of the Apple Valley Golf Course.There is a gated entry . The garages open up to your gated patio entry.   The homes are generally 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 baths., most have patios/backyards that are open to the golf course. There is a tennis court.
