We are beginning to see some resale numbers from those homes purchased in the earlier sales years. I have done some comparisons of those homes offered during the last 12 months of activity. These numbers are derived from our local MLS and the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors. in case you didn't know about this... Many of you know the Pedeferri family of Camarillo.You may have read in the newspaper about the father, CHP officer Anthony Pedeferri, who was critically injured on December 19th when a suspected drunk driver plowed into the SUV that Officer Pedeferri had just pulled over to the shoulder. The driver of the SUV was killed and Officer Pedeferri was thrown 20 feet due to the force of the crash. He is still in the hospital and has, "a long recovery ahead of him", according to a CHP spokesperson.What can we do to help??
