     Working with first time buyer’s it is very common to have the question asked, “Do I really need to have all these inspections done, it just seems like a big waste of money?”    With a brief explanation of our health and the yearly physical examinations (we should be having) that we have with the same being true for a home. Now i'm not saying that we need yearly inspections on our home by any means.
