The More Sleep, Water & Healthy Food I Eat, the More My Body Craves by Michelle Carr Crowe. Silicon Valley real estate agent I wrote an update 2 weeks ago just to help remind myself to post a blog by the upcoming March 4, 2013 deadline as the midpoint for this "Get Healthy in the Rain" contest. Since writing that post 2 weeks ago, I've focused on increasing my sleep, water and fruit and veggie intake. Getting more sleep and rest--I'm focusing on getting at least 8 hours a night. I'm still amazed that the more sleep I try to get, the more my body wants. It's probably trying to stock up, afraid I'm going to force it to get by on 3-4 hours a night sequentially again.
