 Is there really a town in CA named Box Springs?  FHA 203k loans are even available in Box Springs CA, who would have guessed? I find it interesting that so many people in general don't know about the FHA 203k program, and of course the public doesn't know much about it. Why not, it is a great program and is has been around for 52 years now. Yikes! Can you believe it? If you ask a hundred Realtors there may be a handful that actually have used a 203k loan on a project.
