No matter what the market, people will continue to desire to live in Chino, as it remains one of the most active cities within San Bernardino County. Comparatively speaking, the Chino housing market continues to post brisk sales.  In of June 2008, 56 single family homes and a total of 10 condos/townhomes sold, 8 more than last month.  My overall view of the market is still slipping in cost per square foot while the sales numbers are stabilizing a little.  Welcome to the beautiful city of Chino California! Chino is a city located in San Bernardino County, California. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 67,168. Chino and its surroundings have long been a center of dairy farming, serving the considerable demands for milk products in Southern California and much of the southwestern United States. It is also well-known as the site of a major California state prison, the California Institution for Men. Beginning in the 1970s, it developed into a somewhat downscale suburban city, forming the western anchor of the Inland Empire region. Although the city's development has gradually taken on a more middle-class character, it is perceived by many Southern Californians as crime-ridden and smog-choked. Nevertheless, statistical...

In real estate, a short sale is when a bank or mortgage lender agrees to discount a loan balance due to an economic hardship on the part of the mortgagor. The home owner/debtor sells the mortgaged property for less than the outstanding balance of the loan, and turns over the proceeds of the sale to the lender in full satisfaction of the debt. In such instances, the lender would have the right to approve or disapprove of a proposed sale.       We have been helping home owners make the right decision with their real estate questions for many years now. It is very important to know that if you have any questions regarding your home you contact a professional. We at www.VipTopTeam.com help home owners make the right decision.     If you have any questions please feel free to call us...

I have been asked many times "Why is it that you are so positive?" My simple answer is "Because I choose to be" That is right in everything in life we have a CHOICE either we think positive or negative, yet it is still a choice. Am I going to be sad or happy? Simple I choose to be happy! I am going to stress over unpaid bills or focus on today and be positive? You got it, I choose to be positive. Let me explain a good story, last week there were alot of negative people talking bad about the market, I told them" Are you kiddin me? This is a beautiful market!" and then walked away. I choose not to be around negative people. Well soon after that I got a few calls from clients and went on some appointments. From there we did the usual go see houses and submit offers. I went to show a total ...
