  This Carpet Is Only 5 Months Old?       The apartment manager of a community in Sacramento insisted that I look at a problem with a recently vacated unit. As the front door opened I could see that the carpet was worn and very dirty. It looked as thought the unit had been lived in for years without any any cleaning happening. The truth is the unit had brand new carpeting installed just 5 months ago.   The photo taken did not do justice to how bad the carpet really was. 08/28/2014
