Luxury Real Estate Market in Corona CA - It is a steal! Luxury is defined as the state of great comfort and extravagant living. It is significant to opulence, grandeur, magnificence and splendor. I would say that a luxurious house is a very subjective matter. For those who has always lived in an apartment, a 3,000sqft house is considered pretty luxurious. However, the best kept secret is that Corona has a prestigious luxurious community. After all isn't 3000sqft or a 4000sqft opulent enough for any family?  This community is located above the exclusive Eagle Glen golf course, which was designed by famous architect Gary Roger Baird.  It falls in the backdrop of Cleveland National forest. The panoramic view is surre...

A Typical Sunday in the lives of Eastvale Team Realty     Due to immense request from online readers and from the eyes that follow us throughout the neighborhood I felt it is better just to come clean and reveal the secret of what we do most every Sunday.   First and foremost after we are awaken from our dream of closing on an investment deal in Maui, we try to dedicate at least 30 minutes to read  the Bible and to meditate. I have noticed that if I follow through and dedicate my first awaken hour to the Lord that everything else just seems to fall into place.   Then reality sinks in and the daily grind begins...feed the dog, feed the cats, wake the kids up (if they are home-that is another story in its own), get breakfast ready and supply my physical body with food.   Then I read ema...

Gigantic Rubber Ducky at the Port of Los Angeles for Tall Ships Parade This week the Tall Ships Parade proceeded through the channel into port. One new addition was the 11Ton Yellow Rubber Ducky. This caused such a commotion that there was more spectators this week. This weekend at Ports a Call, they are expecting about 75-100K visitors and shoppers.      The story of the rubber duck was due to a lost shipment in the ocean of 29K small rubber ducks back in 1992. The ducks are still showing  up all over the world; Alaska, Japan, Hawaii, Australia, etc. If you are interested in seeing this big boy, go to the Port of Los Angels in San Pedro this weekend. Be sure to shop at the Ports of Call while you are there.   Thanks for Reading my Real Estate Blog...... Isn't he cute?

Test Car From Michigan on California Freeway     While driving on the 91 Freeway in Corona, I spotted this crazy looking car with big paisleys all over it. You could not see any light fixtures or any car logo. Apparently this is a secret prototype owned by one of the automakers and was probably returning from testing out in the desert somewhere. It was plated out of Michigan so perhaps it was enroute to LAX to go home. Anyway it was such a cool looking car and I was trying to determine what car it was; Toyota Prius, Ford, BMW......? What do you think it might be?      Thanks for Reading my Real Estate Blog........

For Californians... View is important!       CAR, California Association of Realtors  came out with the housing survey results where it showed what is important for luxury homeowners. Not surprisingly, 41% of those who answered the survey prefers hilltop views versus only 28% who chose ocean view.   It seems that  luxury homeowners prefers two to 1 to have a hilltop view over ocean view. This is from  individuals who have the ability  to live and purchase wherever they want to. However, it is interesting that hill top  preferance ranked higher than ocean front and golf course view.   Due to this survey, we can determine that since the demand for hill top properties are higher, than perhaps it is much easier to sell hill top homes. So if you live in California and your property has a hil...

As a Realtor, I see day in and day out the importance of staging your home to get the most money from your sale. For many people, it is a surprise as to the difference that staging can play in being able to sell a home, but in all reality, it makes perfect sense. The better your home looks, the higher the amount of money that it will likely sell for. More so, you're much likely to sell your home quicker if it's properly staged. Staging Pictures Courtesy of Ana Hitzel at AccentPositives.com  If you're thinking to yourself that staging your home will cost too much money, you need to consider the money that you could lose out on when reducing your selling price because your home fails to sell. Think about it. Even if staging your home costs a total of $2,000, this is much less than what yo...
