Held at the Riverside Convention Center, July 28-29, this was the "weekend of ink,” for attendees that kept cool inside while temps hit 100+ outside. The cozy quarters that housed the show, made for amicable conditions for artists, collectors and visitors alike. Approximately 100 tattoo artists turned up, keeping a steady stream of ink enthusiasts happy, as machines buzzed their way through the two day event. The "Artistic Element" of Roman     The Body Art Expo in Pomona last weekend was the place to be for cutting edge tattoo work. Amid the many talented artists, one that was definitely at the forefront is Roman, owner of Artistic Element Tattoo in Yucaipa.      Roman was an ink machine at the tattoo convention, held July 20-22. Corona is offering two places for residents to watch movies and have fun, Movies in the Plaza and Dive-In Movies. Movies in the Plaza will be held in the Corona City Hall South Plaza (400 S.
