Well, regionally, you gotta love those new mortgage limits increasing locally here in Southern California. Affordability has been a problem in a big way for the last 4 years, and we're finally back to prices that are around levels we saw in 2004.We shoule start seeing savings of $3-500 a month on mortgages, which should be a good shot in the arm for our local market.

"Mamas, Grab your babies!"This year the Orange County Fair is serving up a special Old West Cattle Drive on Friday, July 27, when they will drive 300 Corriente Steer (big horns and all!) through the streets of Costa Mesa. The cattle drive starts at 10:30 a.m. at Fairview Park and will go south on Placentia, then east on Victoria, north on Harbor and east on Fair Drive before entering the fairgrounds at Gate 2 at Vanguard Way.  They should reach the fairgrounds by noon....just one question: Who's on the "afterwards clean street crew?"
