Cupertino Schools Measure A Parcel Tax Passes  by Cupertino REALTOR(R) Michelle  Carr Crowe   The Cupertino Union School District's Measure A, an annual $250 tax, reportedly received a 78.8 percent of the vote, according to the San Jose Mercury News.   "We're elated," board President Josephine Lucey reportedly said Wednesday. "We're so delighted to have a community that supports and values public education. This is a great win for our students and the academic programs that we offer." Measure A replaces two prior parcel taxes (approved in 2009 and 2011). The new tax starts in 2015 and goes for eight years.
