I was searching the MLS outside the City borders this morning helping my client locate affordable alternatives to the skyrocketing prices here in SF.  We came across a single family home in the neighboring suburb of Daly City that is currently bank owned and, oddly enough, going to auction in mid October.  (We don't have many "auctions" per se, so I'm sure it will draw a crowd just like any other sale seems to do these days).  What really struck us was the photo we discovered after logging on to Google Maps.  I always like to check out Google Maps to see what the surrounding neighborhood looks like...where the property is in proximity to area amenities, if the house next door is a "dump", etc.  In this case, the surrounding neighborhood was nice and well cared for.  Were these the previ...

Don't let the movie theater interior picture fool you. We werent off playing hooky seeing "Shutter Island" at our local Daly City multiplex but rather we found ourselves checking out the Wells Fargo sponsored event. The event featured mostly video feed interviews about the current state of the real estate market and how Wells Fargo seeks to improve that.
