I usually do not start planning and promoting the Annual Woodranch Neighborhood Garage Sale until the middle or latter part of April but this year I have received a few curious calls already so I’ve decided to get the ball rolling. The Sale Date for 2013 is going to be Saturday the 20th of July from 8AM to 1PM. Flyers will be handed out at the entrance to the community while they last.
