The Danville condo and town home sales market is showing great improvements over the 2012 sales for the same time period. Danville Condo Average Sales Price up 5% over 2012 Danville Town Home Average Sales Price up 17% over 2012   Also of note there are more equity sales as opposed to short sales and bank owned properties. I usually do not start planning and promoting the Annual Woodranch Neighborhood Garage Sale until the middle or latter part of April but this year I have received a few curious calls already so I’ve decided to get the ball rolling. The Sale Date for 2013 is going to be Saturday the 20th of July from 8AM to 1PM. Flyers will be handed out at the entrance to the community while they last.
