In this case the image says it all and does not lie.   This data was pulled today, July 18th 2014 from the CRMLS. It shows all the properties in Eastvale CA that had a change in pricing today. 15 properties had changes in their listing price. If you scroll your eyes to the center of the image, you will see that all the arrows are red and pointing down with the exception of one listing. This is an indication that sellers are willing to lower their asking price. Only one seller raised the listed price. California Drought Has Impact on Many         As the Emergency Drought Relief Act of 2014 passed the senate last week, there are many people in California who are impacted by the current drought. Some of them may surprise you. Al Lopez from the water board said this morning at our TIGAR breakfast that water availability in our area is not getting any better... Making a Grape Vine Grow Like it Should in Eastvale, CA         Grape vines need help to grow like they were meant to. We noticed that our grape vine started to grow branches again after trimming it back last year. We have been so busy with our Real Estate that we have not taken care of it until yesterday. Some of the branches actually grew out about 5 feet, and back into another branch. I did not know they could do that. I was amazed at how they will grab onto any tree or post nearby to wrap itself around and become attached so it can continue on to the next one. Something had to be done for this amazing grape vine.      We went out to buy some lumber, screws, cement posts and brackets.
