We just returned from spring break and spent the week in San Diego and enjoyed all that San Diego has to offer. We even made it to opening game day at Petco Park. It was a long game--12 innings and the Giants won..go Giants! See below: my kids and one has a Giants shirt and a Padres hat...to blend in. The highlight of our trip was a visit to the San Diego Safari Park. If you have a chance to visit, I highly recommend taking the Deluxe Safari Tour and go out into the savannah and see and learn about the amazing animals that live there. Our guide was incredibly knowledgable! Our favorite was seeing the giraffes and having several of them walk over to our jeep. We were able to feed them some Acacia leaves and snap a few photos.
