Last Saturday I received an email alert. It was from the internal revenue service.First there was momentary panic and wondering what it was I did warrant to attention. Then the title said Important notification  Tax Refund. Now the feeling of joy came on. All this happen on my way back from a listing interview and a couple of property inspections. With a flat tire in my trunk and trying to catch my tire shop before closing and before the storm hits.The point of this blog is the whole thing was a hoax.I started wondering why would the IRS email me? Home resale activity in Fontana continued to slide downward in November, according to a report issued by DataQuick News, which said the median price of single-family homes sold in Zip Code 92335 in November was $340,000, down 5 percent from November 2006. In Zip Code 92336, the median price in November was $411,000, down 13.5 percent from November 2006.
