Historic Plummer Auditorium, Fullerton, CA Celebrating 35 Years! Plummer Auditorium located on the grounds of Fullerton High School is the home of Fullerton's Civic Light Opera. The next upcoming performance is Seven Brides for Seven Sisters beginning May 11, 2007. Check out the Opera's calendar and purchase tickets on line. I am very discouraged by many of the  calls I have been recieving from agents on my new listing.    The dialogue is pretty much the same each time...This is an Agent calling on your listing...I just previewed or showed the property and I was wondering HOW LOW will your sellers go?Should I be answering that question? Should they be asking that question? This question has been posed to me at least 50 times in the last year. In the beginning I was really upset and defensive. Now with buyers and offers less in the market I am not as mean to these agents but it continues to upset me. Yesterday I received 5 Agent calls all with no names inquiring about a my newest listing. Each caller had their own way of trying to avoid actually negotiating contractually.
