Congradulations to Miss Leah Cecil of Garden Grove!    20 year old Leah Cecil of Garden Grove was crowned Miss Garden Grove last week on Aug. 20, 2010.  Leah is a student at CSUF who plays the harp and is majoring in musical performance.  She has been involved in Garden Grove's Pageants since she was 14.  Last year she was 1st runner up, so it was no suprise to many when she won this year.  Miss Garden Grove won a $1000.00 scholarship.  The Garden Grove Scholarship Pageant is part of the Miss America Organization. Leah has already began her local position as a representative for the pageant, attending events in the community such as the Kia of Garden Grove's grand opening in Garden Grove.  Soon she will be entering the Miss California Pageant.    Way to go Leah!  I wish you much success...

The center used to be located in Fullerton, CA but they have recently expanded to a larger location. Small Group Classes (3-6 students) is $10 / hr. Semi-private Tutoring (1-2 students) is $15 / hr. As a Fullerton real estate agent I try to make my posts professional and stick to the subject of real estate.  But alas I must make some positive comments on how proud I am of Fullerton.  Fullerton city has given all of the homeowners three new trash bins - the goal being to help us be "green" , and recycle more while doing less landfill.  Fullerton home owners now have a bin for "recycle", one for trash, and one for yard and grass waste. It seems so simple and so easy that I am ashamed that we did not do it sooner. It Works - flat out WORKS. This is the referral from one of my previous client.  This is a standard sale with the house that has no upgrades.  The owner of this property passed away and their 5 adult children want to sell the house and split the money among them.  They interviewed me 2 times for 2 hours each with different members of the family.
