The hardest part of our job is to convince people that an offer at 10% below list price will not work...  The market has changed from a year ago.  It really is no longer a buyer's market, but instead, it is a balanced market.  I would not say we are in a Seller's market.  When the Days on Market shrinks, and the final sales price is over 100% of the asking price, one can easily see that the market has changed over the last year.

This is my first post that I am writing about day trips that are possible from Eagle Ridge in Gilroy, California.  I am going to be focusing on places that one can get to on a day trip, and why it is great living in Gilroy, CA, if one likes to take day trips and get out of town for a little adventure. Yosemite was a National Park, endowed to all citizens by President Theodore Roosevelt, who was a great naturalist.  This beautiful place on our great planet was saved with the help of John Muir, who actually took Roosevelt here in an effort to save this natural beauty from development.  Some places are just too beautiful to develop and perhaps get destroyed.
