Glendora Concerts in The Park 2014 I just love the City of Glendora. I lived in Glendora growing up and loved every minute of it.  From Finkbiner Park to Fosters Freeze to Sandburg Junior High (Yes I went to SandBox when it was still a junior high!) It's such a beautiful city filled with wonderful trees and places to explore. And the city itself has grown and has some wonderful new shopping centers and places to eat.  You can't go wrong in Glendora. So it is with great enthusiasm that I am writing to share the 2014 Concerts in the Park Series.  This year the concerts will be held at , of course, Finkbiner Park at the bandshell on Sunday evenings at 6PM and will begin on Sunday, June 22nd and go through August 3rd. Classic Coffee - San Gabriel Valley's Best Coffee Shop 2014 Right Here in Glendora! On any given day, you can see many people lounging - reading, studying and just really enjoying their coffee in Downtown Glendora.  The place you can meet just about everyone here is a little shop called Classic Coffee.   Classic Coffee has been the meeting place for high schoolers, junior highers and many college kids from the nearby Citrus College and Azusa Pacific University. Glendora Market Watch - February 12-18, 2014 Okay so, it's a fabulous time for sellers the city of Glendora, CA.  This week in Glendora  10 new listings came on the market.  It looks like folks in Glendora have started to put their trust back into the housing market in Glendora. There was  1 home that went pending (into the escrow process) and 5 sold homes this past week.  No listings expired and 4 more have gone into back-up which means an original offer has been accepted and they are simply taking back up offers in case the first one backs out or falls out.  Pretty smart in these crazy real estate times. So in recap, 10 homes came into the Glendora housing market and when you take into consideration the 4 backup,  0 expired listings, 1 pending and 5 sold (a total of 20 off the market)...
