Some people can't believe that I write a blog every day. They wonder how I come up with my ideas. The truth is I don't come up with ideas -- stuff happens, and I write about stuff that happens. "Strategic Defaults".  When a home owner CAN afford their mortgage, but they decide to walk away from their home and let it go to foreclosure. Regardless of your moral or ethical view of this trend, the economic impacts are something to find concerning.  We simply don't have economic models for this behavior.
