One of the events that would cause your reverse mortgage to become due and payable is the death of the last surviving borrower.  What happens then?     If you're in the neighborhood on Saturday, December 4th, come see our City of Hemet Centennial Christmas parade.  Hemet is celebrating 100 years (and counting), and I'm sure that this parade will be nothing short of spectacular.  In reviewing the rules and regulations for submitting an application to participate in the parade, I noticed that their biggest rule is that no float nor any person in the parade may dress in a santa suit.  This, of course, is so that the children will not be confused with the "real Santa" bringing up the rear of the parade.                                   The parade will begin promptly at 10 A.M. at the corner of Florida and Palm, and travel west to Florida and Kirby, where it will end.
