Hollywood one of the  Tourist Mecca's of the greater Los Angeles area. Today as many other times,, I was rushing late to a showing. As it turns out, the quickest way to the appointment required me to go right through the middle of Hollywood. Now keep in mind not just Hollywood but the epicenter of the Tourist Mecca. Hollywood Blvd and Highland Ave.Needless to say I thought you would enjoy this picture as I sat in heavy Tourist Traffic. The good news was, once I went past the next two block traffic opened up.Now on the way back things were different, there was a function at the Hollywood Bowl, more heavy traffic. Who is  László Nemes?? The short answer is: a Hungarian Film director.  Laszló Nemes the  Hungarian film director and screenwriter. Hollywood, CA October  2015 Real Estate Market OverviewIn Hollywood there were 5 single family home sales in October 2015, down from 17 in October 2014 and a similar performance from the 5 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in October 2015 was $1,064,580 compared to $820,313 for October 2014, representing a 30% increase. For the three-month period from August to October 2015, the average list price was 24% higher than the same period of the prior year. Walking In The Hollywood Hood!    Yesterday was such fun! I spent the afternoon/evening on Hollywood Blvd. I've walked along Hollywood Blvd many times in my life. I went to college out of state and when I had visitors, it was always on the list.
