Are you looking for Poinsettias in Stanislaus County? If you are looking for Poinsettias to decorate your home or office here in Stanislaus County I highly recommend that you head on over to Duarte nursery in Hughson Ca. Even if you don't live in Stanislaus County it's worth the drive. On my visit there was actually a tour bus in the parking lot. Duarte sells thousands of Poinsettias every year. They are currently open every day until Christmas. The poinsettias are displayed in a huge (really huge!) greenhouse. The variety of colors is amazing. They have everything from white to yellow to pink to vivid reds. You can even find poinsettias with multiple colors such as red speckled with pink, or white. Stanislaus County - Hughson Ca Marine Stands Watch at Elementary School   A local United States Marine has made it his mission to stand watch at Hughson Elementary School.   Marine Sgt. Craig Pusley a resident of Hughson California who served two tours of duty in Iraq and one in Afghanistan is now standing watch in front of Hughson Elementary School. Sgt. Pusley decided to take action after reading a Facebook posting urging soldiers be posted at every school.   He is at his post every day without breaks and without pay, but with the blessing of the principal Laura Fong.  Since he started his watch Sgt. Pusley has been greeting students and saluting the flag with the kindergarten class. Stanislaus County Short Sales - The ride home Video After a day of listing and selling Stanislaus County Short Sales it's time to head home.  Home for me is in the small town of Hughson Ca.  (Not Houston, it's Hughson)  My office is in Turlock Ca.   Hughson is Northeast of Turlock.   My lengthy commute is all of about 15 minutes.  The first part of my commute is straight up Geer Road in Turlock.   Geer Road is one of the major commercial areas of Turlock.   Geer Road has major shopping centers with just about everything you would need.  Of course all the fast food joints are located here too.  (I think Geer Rd may be my next video blog)  The northern boundary of Turlock is Taylor Rd.  North of Taylor Road is mostly farm land.  The current city plan is for Taylor Road to remain the north... 06/28/2011
